The Story of Our Signature Beef Rib Oil Spill Noodles
Slow-braised for hours until tender and almost falling off the bone, our beef rib is served over freshly made noodles — hand-pulled or knife-cut, prepared daily in our kitchen.
The bowl is finished with hot aromatic oil poured over chilli, garlic and spices, releasing a deep, savoury heat. Crisp shredded cucumber cuts through the richness, making every bite bold, fragrant and balanced.
